526 participants have registered and 3,540 users from almost 40 countries have visited the 5G Virtual Forum
The third edition of the 5G Forum, the first in virtual format, was held on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 May, and confirmed that it was a unique opportunity to learn about the latest advances in 5G technology, concentrated in 2 days, with more than 30 speakers, and 20 minute presentations in an agile format, so that anyone could have an overview of what is happening in 5G in the rest of the world and, above all, in Spain.
A total of 220 companies registered, with 526 participants. The majority profiles were CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and directors of Innovation, Business, Product, Strategy and Marketing, as well as consultants and researchers.
A total of 3,540 users have visited the 5G Virtual Forum platform. These users who have visited the 5G Forum came from 38 countries: Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Ecuador, Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Peru, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and Spain, mostly according to Google Analytics.
As for the Spanish visitors, they came from 15 different communities: Galicia, Extremadura, Catalonia, Basque Country, Castile and Leon, Castile La Mancha, Navarra, Canary Islands, Murcia, Balearic Islands, Asturias, Valencia, Aragon, as well as Andalusia and Madrid, for the most part.
During two days, participants have been able to follow the sessions of the main 5G actors at national and international level, including the European Commission, Network. es, the National Observatory of 5G, Vodafone Business, Cisco, Samsung, Nokia, Rohde & Schwarz, 5Genesis, which participated in the first day; and Huawei, Telefónica, Orange, Hispasat, Axión, 5G IA, University of Málaga, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Impulsa Visión RTVE, RTVE, EBU and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, in the second day.
The sessions have been commented through the social networks of Twitter and LinkedIn, reaching a total of 45,509 impressions.
In addition, all the participants have had at their disposal the papers issued and the presentations shared by the speakers at the end of each session, and to which they will continue to have access until the next edition of 5G Forum 2021.
